Special Occasion Jewelry and Custom Commissions -
    Special occasions, especially weddings, need special jewelry...or sometimes you're just
    looking for a particular gemstone, color combination, or style. Custom pieces can be created
    for you, a bride and bridal party, or any special person in your life, in just the right colors and
    style.  Just inquire with your request for more information and a price quote on the Contact Me
    page.

    Please allow 4 to 5 weeks for your custom piece(s) to be designed and created.
    Certain labor-intensive designs may require additional time.
    Ordering from the website -
    All pieces are one-of-a-kind items, subject to prior sale.
    To order, simply click on the "Add to Cart" button next to the item you wish to purchase.  You
    can continue shopping, or proceed to Checkout and payment.

    Though I don't duplicate items exactly, if you see something in the Gallery Archive that you
    really like, I should be able to make something very similar.

    Payment Options -
    Credit and debit cards are accepted through Paypal's secure website.  You do not need to
    have a Paypal account to make an on-line purchase.  Through Paypal, you may use your Visa,
    Mastercard, American Express, or Discover credit card, send payment directly from your bank
    account or send an e-Check.

    Packaging & Shipping -
    All jewelry items are packaged in a shadow-stripe oatmeal color gift box, tied with an organdy
    ribbon -- ready for gift-giving. Each jewelry piece containing sterling silver is packaged with a
    non-tarnish strip and a zip-lock bag for storage which will minimize
    normal silver tarnishing.

    All items are securely shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  Postage charges, which include
    insurance and Delivery Confirmation, will be shown on your Shopping Cart details before
    Checkout.

    International orders are welcome, too!  Please contact me before ordering for shipping
    information.  
    Return Policy -
    If you are not delighted with your purchase, you may return it, in unused condition,
    within 7 days of receipt for an exchange from currently available inventory or a refund of the
    purchase
    price. Shipping charges are not refundable.
    To insure a good fit, please take note of the lengths shown in the item description. Some items
    can be
    re-sized, depending on availability of materials that might be required, for a small surcharge.
    Wholesale Orders -
    If you hold a valid tax ID for resale, you are invited to inquire about wholesale pricing for your
    gallery,shop, or boutique.

    Minimum wholesale purchase is US$400, and initial purchases can be made by credit card
    through
    Paypal or by business check.
